Citizenship education is important-Michael Gove

In a speech to Westminster Academy, the Secretary of State for Education, Michael Gove referred to the importance of Citizenship education in the national curriculum. His reference came in reflecting on the merits of the French and American national curriculum, mentioning the centrality of Civics and Politics in those nation's school curriculum.
