Annual General Meetings

Each year ACT members are invited to attend our Annual General Meeting (AGM). This is an important time for members to discuss ACT's work with our Board of Trustees. Members are also able to review ACT's annual report and financial statement and stand to serve on the ACT Council.

Notice is hereby given that the 2018 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Association for Citizenship Teaching (ACT) will be held at City Hall, The Queen's Walk, London, SE1 2AA at 2.15pm on Saturday 7 July.

The AGM is for all members of ACT and is central to our democratic and accountable structure. It provides an opportunity to discuss ACT’s work with our Board of Trustees. Members are also able to review ACT's annual report and financial statement and stand to serve on the ACT Council.

Members are invited to send questions to the Board of Trustees and Treasurer for consideration at the AGM. Please email questions to us by 5.00pm on 6 July or submit questions on paper to a member of ACT staff by 12.00pm on 7 July.
