
ACT’s Quality Standard: Development Meeting 1
The first of our mentoring sessions for leaders in schools who are completing the Quality Standard
This session marks the beginning of your journey to achieving ACT’s Quality Standard for Schools Award, a prestigious recognition of excellence in Citizenship education.
During this first mentoring meeting, you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Connect with colleagues from other schools who are also working towards the Quality Standard, building a supportive network of peers.
- Work closely with Kelly Allchin (Consultant Advisory Teacher) and Zoe Baker (Head of Education), who bring extensive expertise to guide you through the process.
- Understand the essential elements of an effective action plan and how to tailor it to your school’s unique context.
- Identify key CPD opportunities and resources that can enhance your teaching practice and foster whole-school improvement.
- Receive bespoke guidance and feedback tailored to your school’s needs, ensuring you are equipped to make meaningful progress.
This first session is designed to provide you with actionable strategies and expert support to succeed.
